Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC)
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Dashrath Prasad Singh Institute of Health Education (DPSIHE) was established as a post-accreditation quality sustenance measure. The prime task of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution.
Vision
To build and ensure a quality culture aimed at all-round excellence, fostering professional growth, and promoting student-centric learning methods across the institution.
Objectives
The primary objectives of the IQAC are:
- To develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
- To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of a quality culture and institutionalization of best practices.
- To act as a nodal agency for coordinating quality-related activities, including the adoption and dissemination of best practices.
Key Functions of the IQAC
- Development and application of quality benchmarks for various academic and administrative activities.
- Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education and faculty training.
- Arrangement for feedback response from students, parents, and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
- Dissemination of information on various quality parameters.
- Documentation of the various programs/activities leading to quality improvement.
- Preparation of the Annual Quality Assurance Report (AQAR) to be submitted to NAAC.
