Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the educational loan under the Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme for admission at DPSIHE, applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

• Must be a resident of Bihar state.
• Must have completed the 12th standard (Intermediate) from a recognized board.
• Age Limit: Applicant must be between 18 and 25 years of age.
• Annual family income verification as per government norms.
• Admission must be confirmed in DPSIHE for an eligible course.

Documents Required

Students seeking admission at Dashrath Prasad Singh Institute of Health Education under this scheme must prepare the following documents:

• Aadhaar Card of the applicant and co-applicant (parents/guardian).
• Class 10th and 12th Mark sheets and Certificates.
• Bonafide Certificate (Issued by DPSIHE).
• Fee Structure Details (Issued by DPSIHE).
• Domicile Certificate of Bihar.
• Two passport-sized photographs of the applicant and co-applicant.
• Bank Account Passbook (Aadhaar linked) of the applicant.
• Family Income Certificate.

1. Visit the MNSSBY Portal: Go to the official website www.7nishchay-yuvaupmission.bihar.gov.in.
2. Registration: Click on "New Applicant Registration" and fill in your details to get an OTP and login credentials.
3. Form Filling: Login and select "Bihar Student Credit Card Scheme." Fill in personal and co-applicant details.
4. Details of College & Course: Enter the details for Dashrath Prasad Singh Institute of Health Education and your chosen course (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing).
5. Document Upload: Upload scanned copies of the required documents.
6. Verification at DRCC: After online submission, visit your district's District Registration and Counselling Centre (DRCC) with original documents for verification.
